2. Eligibility & Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodations or enter the casino gaming areas.
  • Valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in and casino entry.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel and casino are not liable for lost or stolen items.

3. Room Reservations & Cancellations

  • All room bookings require a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Casino Rules & Regulations

  • By entering the casino, guests acknowledge the risks associated with gambling.
  • All players must be 18+ and present valid ID upon request.
  • Cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion and legal action.
  • The casino reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates gaming policies.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All charges incurred during a guest’s stay must be settled before check-out.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
  • Refunds and disputes must be addressed within 7 business days of the transaction.

To ensure a pleasant stay and gaming experience for all guests, the following behavior is prohibited:

  • Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or violence.
  • Smoking in non-designated areas.
  • Use of illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities.
  • Damage to hotel property. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused.
